E-books are here to stay. We’re not going to fight it; we’re going to try to get a toe in the water. We feature it. We put it in our newsletter all the time. We have a big display in the store. … But the fact is we don’t really make any money on it—it’s still such a small percentage of our business. But we’re not going to give up on it either. We want anybody who wants to read e-books, but wants to stay loyal to us to [have] that option. … The one thing I don’t want to do is just send somebody to Amazon.
